Methylprednisolone Sequential Treatment of Moderate AECOPD Clinical Observation
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the methylprednisolone sequential treatment of moderate AECOPD clinical observation.Methods:100 cases of moderate AECOPD in our hospital from November 2010 to April 2012 were selected and given intravenous methylprednisolone sodium succinate tablets in the treatment of sequential methylprednisolone, review of relevant clinical information. Results:After treatment, fourth, seven, ten day of arterial blood gas indexes of PaO2,PaCO2 were markedly improved, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The FEV1/FVC FEV1 percentage of predicted values were improved in two groups, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The C reactive protein levels were improved in two groups, the improvement of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was significant difference for the length of hospital stay in two groups. Conclusion:Methylprednisolone sequential treatment of moderate AECOPD blood gas and pulmonary function were improved compared with the control group, levels of C reactive protein decreased compared with the control group, and can reduce patients’length of stay.So it is worthy to be popularized in no contraindications to acute attack of COPD patients.
