The Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Retroperitoneal Laparoscopic Radical Nephrectomy for T2 Renal Cell/
Abstract:Objective:To analyze the clinical safety and validity of the retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for T2 renal cancer.Methods:50 cases T2 renal cancer inpatients from September 2006 to October 2010 were randomly divided as research group and control group, respectively conducted retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy and traditional surgery. Then to compared the condition of surgery and morbidity of postoperative complications between the two groups in order to analyze the clinical safety and validity. Results:The surgery duration, the volume of blood during surgery, the healing time and morbidity of postoperative complications in research group were lesser than control group, there were significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion:Retroperitoneal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is more safer and effective,it is worth utilizing in clinical.
