Strengthening Disinfection Isolation to Prevent Cross Infection in Hospital
Abstract：Objective:To explore the cross infection in hospital the reasons put forward solutions.Methods:Select 129 patients who were infection in our hospital from January 2009 to January 2011 with retrospective analysis.Results:Patients in our hospital in the respiratory tract and the operation incision infection most,including bacterial infection rate was the highest.Invasive treatment for 78 cases of patients with infection ( 60.46%),including 53 cases of bacterial infection. non-invasive treatment in 51 patients(39.53%),including 33 cases of bacterial infection.On two groups of patients infected with bacteria.The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:We should do in strict accordance with the technical standard for disinfection and sterile standard operation,reducing medical goods recycling rate,reasonable use of antibiotics,sterilization and isolation can reduce nosocomial cross infection.
