The Value of Nursing Intervention to the Brain Surgery Patients
Abstract:Objective:Explore nursing interventions in the perioperative period of brain surgery patients value.Methods:70 cases of brain surgery patients admitted to our hospital from December 2010 to July 2012,were randomly divided into experimental group of 35 cases and the control group of 35 cases,of the control group for the routine care of neurosurgery in the experimental group in neurosurgery nursing intervention on the basis of routine care.Compare the two sets of the patient’s cognitive function,physiological indices and psychological state.Results:Heart rate and blood pressure in the experimental group before surgery than the control group stability(P<0.05);detection of the experimental group after surgery,mini-mental state (MMSE) and glasgow coma scale (GCS) score were significantly greater than the control group(P<0.05);experimental group hamilton anxiety and depression scale(HAMA and HAMD) score are significantly less than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Brain surgery patients,perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the patient’s cognitive function,ease the patient’s anxiety state,be worth to clinical application.
