Comparison of the Effects of Different Manipulation on Collecting Blood from Radial Artery
Abstract：Objective:In order to explore the clinical effect of different techniques on collecting blood from radial artery.Methods:A total of 278 patients who needed blood from radial artery in our hospital from May 2011 to February 2012 were randomly divided into observation group and control group 139 patients in the control group were collected 139 patients in the observation group were given artery blood-collection beside forefinger and middle finger.Results:The one time success rate and the blood collection time were compared between the two groups.The results show that the one time success rate in the observation group was significant higher and the time was also obviously shorter than that in control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Blood sample collection from radial artery beside index finger and middle finger can shorten the blood collection time and improve the one time success rate.It is worth to promote and apply in the clinic.
