Surgical Treatment and Curative Effectiveness of Older Femoral Peritrochanteric Fractures
Abstract:Objective:To study the surgical treatment and curative effectiveness of elder femoral peritrochanteric fractures.Methods:From February 1997 to February 2009 intertrochanteric fractures of 135 patients admitted to our hospital,surgical treatment of all patients.Postoperative low molecular weight heparin 5000 U/d,7 d of subcutaneous injection,the prevention of deep vein thrombosis and osteoporosis.Results:No postoperative infections,no deaths.Postoperative follow-up 6-13 months,an average of 9 months.Conclusion:Older Femoral peritrochanteric fractures fixation should follow the principle of easy operation,small trauma and less complications to reduce the incidence of complications and death.
