Optometry Experience of 23 Cases of Suspected Keratoconus
Abstract：Objective:To understand the early suspicious keratoconus refractive changes by optometry. Methods:Follow up in 2 years through 23 cases of myopia and astigmatism increased in patients with refractive errors,refractive status,cycloplegic refraction computer optometry suspected keratoconus,corneal topography examination follow-up to understand the circumstances that may occur keratoconus.Results:Confirmed 4 cases of keratoconus,9 cases of suspected keratoconus,10 cases no keratoconus possible. Conclusion:The progressive increase in myopia and astigmatism,corneal curvature increased significantly people should be take keratoconus investigation.
