The Clinical Anesthesia of Elderly Around the Hip Joint Surgery
Abstract：Objective:To study the treatment of anesthesia surgery which around the hip joint of elderly.Methods:Select 100 elderly patients who need the around the hip joint surgery using continuous epidural and general anesthesia.Results:100 patients were successfully completed the surgery,and the mean operative time was 125 min with no serious complications after surgery.Conclusion:The choice of the elderly around the hip joint surgery anesthesia should be determined according to the patient’s preoperative epidural state and anesthesia is more secure.
