The Minimally Invasive Treatment of Benign Prostate Hyperplasia and Bladder Stone in 89 Cases
Abstract:Objective:To summarize the experience of minimally invasive surgical treatment for benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones. Methods:From March 2005 to November 2010,author’s hospital had choosed 89 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones.All of them underwent a percutaneous suprapubic bladder puncture stoma,bladder stones stone lithotripsy,transurethral resection of prostate vaporization surgery. Results:All cases were successfully operated with endourological treatment simultaneously.The mean blood loss was 110 ml,mean calculi operating time was 42 minutes,mean transurethral vaporization of prostate operating time was 65 minutes and the average weight of prostate resected was 41.69 g.Postoperative serum sodium concentration was decreased in 2 cases.None had complications such as hemorrhea,vesical perforation and other life-threatening complications.All patients were withdrawn Foley catheter and voiding easy and smooth.IPSS,MFR and Residual urine were evidently improved after operation.Conclusion:Suprapubic cystostomy URSL combined TURP treatment of senile prostatic hyperplasia with bladder stones is a minimally invasive and effective treatment method for BPH and bladder stones.
