Comparative Study of 3D-DSA and 3D-CTA in the Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysms
Abstract:Objective:Comparative analysis of three-dimensional digital subtraction angiography (3D-DSA) and three-dimensional spiral CT angiography (3D-CTA) in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysms.Methods:122 patients with intracranial aneurysms performed 3D-DSA and 3D-CTA were reviewed.Detection rate of intracranial aneurysms with different parts and sizes were comparative analysis.Results:143 intracranial aneurysms were detected in 122 patients.139 cases were found with 3D-DSA,the detection rate was 97.2%,119 cases were found with 3D-CTA,the detection rate was 83.2%.For multiple aneurysms, different parts, different size of the aneurysm, the difference of two detection rate is apparent, the detection rate and positive rate of 3D-DSA were higher than 3D-CTA. Conclusion:3D-DSA is the most accurate examine in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.
