The Clinical Pathways and Curative Effects of Different Approaches of Microsurgery in the Treatment of Craniocerebral Tumors/
Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical pathways and curative effects of different approaches of microsurgery in the treatment of craniocerebral tumors.Methods:60 patients with craniocerebral tumors in our hospital from 2008 January to 2011 January were selected to receive different surgical approaches of microsurgical treatment according to the locations of lesions.Then the clinical curative effects were observed.Results:The quality of life score of 6,12,18 months after the operation was significantly higher than that before the operation(P<0.05).Patients with clinical symptoms disappeared after surgery and disease prognosis was good.The clinical symptoms had statistically significant before and after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion:The microsurgery different approach to the treatment of brain tumors to be based on the site of the tumor lesions in patients with characteristics to choose the appropriate surgical approach,which can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and to further improve the prognosis of the disease and improve the quality of life in patients after surgery.
