Abstract:This paper aims to address the issues of geometric distortion and data gaps in urban 3D modeling when using single-method techniques, enhancing the completeness and accuracy of urban spatial representation. It integrates UAV oblique photogrammetry with mobile laser scanning point cloud data, constructing building models from oblique imagery and road elements from mobile point clouds, with multi-source data fusion and system integration achieved on the Cesium platform. Results show that the building model achieved planar and vertical accuracies of 0.089 m and 0.129 m respectively, while the road model reached centimeter-level accuracy;the integrated model overall met the precision requirements for urban real-scene 3D modeling. In conclusion, this multi-source fusion approach enables the construction of high-precision,fully-featured urban 3D models, providing a reliable spatial data foundation and technical support for smart city planning and management.
