Technical design and development practice of a mapping and inventory management system for 'Three Olds' redevelopment in Guangzhou

Abstract：In response to issues such as low manual review efficiency,weak statistical capabilities,and lack of visualization in the Guangzhou'Three Olds'redevelopment map entry business,the article designs and implements a full-process management system.By introducing an automated review engine,the system can intelligently detect topological errors in plot boundaries,enabling smart verification of business processes.At the same time,with the help of a spatial visualization platform,the system supports progress tracking and panoramic supervision.This system improves review efficiency and data accuracy,promoting the transformation of the'Three Olds'redevelopment map entry management towards a scientific governance model characterized by precise awareness,rapid response,and closed-loop processing,supporting the implementation of Guangzhou's overall territorial spatial plan goal of'revitalizing the old city,integrating industry and city,and achieving high-quality development'.
