Application and research of multi-technology integration in surveying and mapping for micro-regeneration of old residential quarters

Abstract：The surveying and mapping of micro-regeneration in old urban residential quarters is one of the crucial tasks for urban renewal in China.Accurate and efficient surveying and mapping work forms the foundation for ensuring the success of micro-regeneration projects.This paper takes the micro-regeneration project of the old urban residential quarter at City Garden,Dalong Subdistrict,Panyu District,as a case study.It verifies the application effectiveness of a novel multi-technology integrated surveying method in various on-site mapping tasks,including current topographic map surveying,building elevation measurement,and tree resource inventory.Practice has demonstrated that this technical scheme is feasible,with its accuracy meeting the requirements of relevant surveying specifications.It can provide integrated air-ground and 3D visualizable multi-source data support for the micro-regeneration of old residential quarters,offering valuable references for the formulation of subsequent renovation plans.
