Abstract:To address the high dud rate and over-excavation control challenges in the Xiaoliugou tungsten mine caused by complex geological conditions and mismatched blasting parameters, this study developed a comprehensive bad information safety filtering system. This system utilizes a multi-level sensor network and high-performance computing clusters, establishing a triple protection barrier based on a hierarchical defense architecture.Key technical modules include detonator electrical characteristic monitoring, charge quality control, and geological disturbance early warning.Precise risk interception is achieved through optimized data acquisition,multi-stage information processing, and a dual-redundancy safety protection mechanism.Industrial tests demonstrated that the system reduces the dud occurrence rate from 1.15%to 0.23%,improves over-excavation control precision from±25 cm to±8 cm,significantly lowers the data false alarm rate, and enhances construction efficiency markedly. The research confirms that this filtering system significantly improves the safety and precision of blasting operations under complex geological conditions, providing effective technical support for intelligent mine safety management.
