Exploration of application of automated drone airports in transfer of clear site

Abstract：In order to achieve the goal of'competing with the economy and promoting development',the Guangdong Provincial Department of Natural Resources requires that the'clean land'conditions must be guaranteed before the land parcel is listed for sale.One of its core characteristics is'clean site',which means there are no attachments or vegetation.Drone airports have been widely used in various industries due to their advantages of automated operations,significantly improved operational efficiency and response speed,and significantly reduced operating costs.Taking Panyu District of Guangzhou City as an example,this article uses drone airport combined with oblique photography technology,and integrates Sunway EPS and DJI mapping software to construct an automated monitoring platform for land transfer preparation.This platform enables real-time monitoring of land leveling progress,ultimately meeting the standards for land transfer readiness.Meanwhile,labor costs were reduced by 50%,operational efficiency increased by 67%,significantly advancing the intelligent management of land transfer.
