Application practice of BIM technology in EPC industrial buildings

Abstract：Taking the design-procurement-construction(EPC)project of Melaleuca's China headquarters as an example,this article systematically analyzes the full-process collaborative application of building information modeling(BIM)technology during the engineering design,procurement,and construction phases.By dissecting the core applications and advantages of the case,technical pathways,innovative collaborative management,challenges,and response strategies,it verifies the practical value of BIM technology in improving EPC project quality,reducing overall costs,enhancing safety management,and increasing collaborative efficiency,aiming to provide references for digital delivery and refined management in the industrial building sector.
