Abstract：With the rapid development of the urban large-scale infrastructure construction era,sustainable and high-quality urban renewal and governance have gradually become the core of urban construction.Among these,the renewal and governance of long-distance gas transmission and heating projects are important components in establishing a new type of sustainable urban development model.Based on the Yawan Sewage Source Heat Pump Heating Project in Lanzhou City,this article establishes a visualization management platform and explores the new infrastructure and urban renewal management models of smart cities based on the city information modeling(CIM).It provides references for the promotion and application of urban new infrastructure and governance renewal project construction management.
