Application on BIM+CIM visualization in smart park management system

Abstract：Focusing on the operational management needs of smart parks,this article designs and implements a smart park comprehensive management system based on the integration of building information modeling(BIM)and city information modeling(CIM)to create a digital foundation.Leveraging digital twin technology,the system establishes an'all-in-one'operational management map and is applied in a specific project park.By integrating the BIM models of branch parks into the city CIM base map,the system achieves a full-process integrated management covering data access,storage,processing,analysis,and visualization of various types of data including operations,maintenance,and equipment.This effectively assists in operational decision-making and business judgment of the park,while also supporting the external display of the park's modern operational management capabilities.Focusing on three main application scenarios:industrial investment attraction,internal management,and external presentation,the system has built four display centers to comprehensively showcase the digital operation achievements of the park.
