The delineation and control measures of the'Three Zones and Three Lines'in national spatial planning:Taking Jizhou District as an example

Abstract：Jiangxi Province,as one of the pilot provinces for the'Three Zones and Three Lines'designation in China,completed three rounds of pilot work in early 2022 and achieved certain phased results.The delineation of the'Three Zones and Three Lines'is an important component of the national spatial planning system.Currently,the overall planning of national spatial planning at all levels has been gradually completed,and the implementation and control of the delineation results are crucial in national spatial governance.The results of the'Three Zones and Three Lines'delineation in Jiangxi Province have been approved,and various big data methods have been used in the delineation process.Through practical research in Jizhou District,Ji'an City,this paper systematically analyzes the process,technical methods,and implementation difficulties of the'Three Zones and Three Lines'delineation under the background of national spatial planning,and proposes corresponding spatial governance and control technical measures.
