Normalized monitoring of provincial natural resources based on territorial spatial supervision

Abstract：China has preliminarily established a natural resources monitoring system,but provincial routine supervision still needs to break through the bottlenecks of all-domain perception and intelligent decision-making.The study proposes a closed-loop system of'dynamic perception-mechanism cognition-precision control',integrating multi-source data from'sky-air-ground-network'.It leverages deep learning and cross-departmental business chain restructuring to achieve dynamic tracking of resources.The practice in Guangdong has shown that the system can solve the monitoring blind spots under cloudy weather conditions.Relying on intelligent identification and joint review mechanisms,it strongly supports application scenarios such as farmland protection,promoting the precision upgrade of natural resources supervision.
