Spatiotemporal big data platform helps improve land reserve efficiency in development zones:A case study of Guiyang city

Abstract：With the continuous advancement of urbanization,land reserve management in development zones faces numerous challenges.The article takes the development zone of Guiyang City as an example to explore the application of the smart city spatiotemporal big data platform in land reserves.The platform integrates multi-source data and employs advanced technologies such as machine learning and blockchain to achieve precise land information management and intelligent investment recommendation.Practice has shown that the smart city spatiotemporal big data platform significantly improves the efficiency of land reserves,achieving breakthroughs in accuracy and efficiency,and provides a reference for the optimal allocation of land resources in smart city construction.
