Abstract:Aiming at the deficiencies of traditional methods in identifying urban mixed-use areas, this paper constructs a'space influence'model.By integrating Gaode Point of Interest(POI)data and OpenStreetMap(OSM)road network data, the model segments land plots using road buffers and quantifies the area of POI entities and their spatial influence weights. An innovative multi-type mixed-use area identification system is proposed, which has identified 17.6%of mixed-use areas, achieving a 23.4%improvement in precision compared to traditional methods, with a match rate of 85.7%between public service areas and planning. The research findings provide a quantitative analysis tool for the dynamic monitoring and planning assessment of urban functional areas.
