Innovation and practice of urban design in central business district driven by science and technology

Abstract：In the context of the in-depth integration of the Yangtze River Delta and the innovation-driven development strategy,the functional transformation and spatial reconstruction of the central business district(CBD)have become the core issues for cities to achieve high-quality development.Taking the Hefei Luogang Park Science and Technology Innovation CBD Area as the research object,this paper systematically analyzes its innovative practices in the dimensions of regional positioning,functional layout,spatial design,transportation organization,ecological governance and implementation control,and deeply discusses the path of the transformation of CBD from the traditional business agglomeration model to the innovative ecological integration model driven by science and technology.The research shows that by constructing a whole-process design framework of'multi-dimensional positioning orientation,composite function weaving,three-dimensional space shaping,low-carbon technology embedding,and precise implementation and control',the innovation level and sustainable development ability of CBD can be effectively improved,and it can provide a reference for urban renewal and new district construction in similar areas.
