Abstract：The paper reviews the development process of land consolidation,combines the new situation of comprehensive land consolidation in the new era and the relevant requirements of land spatial planning in Xi'an,and deeply studies the remediation path under the transmission of functional zoning.With the goal of zoning function positioning and the remediation potential as the basis,the city's remediation planning is divided into six types through the idea of'defining functions,potential,and zoning',and puts forward a realistic remediation planning system and strategy for the current situation and problems of Xi'an remediation,so as to provide reference for the city's remediation work.
