Research on earthwork calculation method for unmanned aerial vehicle surveying engineering based on DEM method

Abstract：In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of earthwork calculation,this paper introduces the earthwork calculation method of UAV surveying and mapping project based on Digital Elevation Model(DEM)method.By analyzing the specific process of DEM data acquisition,mesh expression and earthwork calculation,an earthwork calculation optimization scheme combining UAV surveying and mapping technology and DEM model was proposed.The research covers key technologies such as engineering overview,climatic conditions,data collection methods,regular grid expression,point cloud network construction and texture mapping,irregular triangulation network(TIN)model construction,and DEM earthwork calculation.The feasibility and accuracy of the method were verified by experimental preparation and analysis of calculation results.The results show that the UAV mapping technology based on the DEM method can efficiently obtain high-precision terrain data,the combination of regular grid and TIN model can effectively express the terrain features,and the DEM method earthwork calculation has high accuracy and practicability in engineering practice,which provides reliable technical support for similar projects.
