Research on intelligent construction management of public buildings

Abstract：In order to improve the level of intelligent construction management of public buildings,the paper introduces typical intelligent engineering cases of public buildings,analyzes the macro process of engineering management and the application of key technologies,and proposes an optimization method for construction management based on digital technology.The results show that the intelligent construction management of public buildings is realized through the application of key technologies such as intelligent engineering digital modeling,on-site pipeline cooperation management,PID intelligent controller design and centralized lighting control management.The use of digital modeling technology can significantly improve the construction accuracy and efficiency,and realize the collaborative optimization of various professional systems.
