Application of UAV inspection image defect recognition technology in overhead lines

Abstract：Aiming at the problems of low detection accuracy,strong environmental interference,and high rate of missed detections in UAV inspection images in overhead lines,the paper analyzes the defect recognition methods of UAV inspection images from three aspects:defect detection dataset construction,target detection algorithms,and algorithms for identifying component damage defects.By relying on the performance of the mainstream SRCNN algorithm model in the recognition of transmission equipment defects,the functions of image classification,image recognition,and image segmentation were realized.The results show that this method simplifies the image detection process and is significantly superior to traditional image processing techniques,providing a reference for the intelligent assessment of transmission line conditions.
