Design of a smart parking management system for hospitals based on video surveillance

Abstract：To address the challenges of difficult parking and chaotic vehicle management in hospitals,the paper proposes an intelligent parking management system design.Video surveillance equipment is installed at key locations within the hospital parking lot to capture and generate panoramic stitched images.A neural network identifies parking spaces and vehicles within these images and outputs parking space status information.Using a vehicle scheduling management scheme,the system autonomously plans optimal parking routes for incoming vehicles.This smart parking management system offers a novel approach to optimize parking resource allocation and enhance hospital management efficiency.
