Research on the digital transformation planning scheme of urban rail transit enterprises

Abstract：The digitalization of urban rail transit enterprises is achieved by restructuring the value system,carrying out collaborative work and optimization around value,expanding the space for value-added development,and realizing the transformation of urban rail transit enterprises and even the industry.This article focuses on improving system safety and reliability,enhancing enterprise management efficiency,improving comprehensive service levels and other purposes from the'five dimensions'of safety,economy,efficiency,green and service and the'four fields'of operation,construction,operation and management.A suitable planning scheme for the digital transformation strategy of urban rail transit enterprises is formulated to meet the new requirements of high-quality development of urban rail transit enterprises.
