Design of smart city distributed energy system based on BIM
WU Feihai
Abstract:This study constructs a framework for a distributed energy system in smart cities based on Building Information Modeling(BIM),aiming to achieve multi-energy complementarity and coordination while enhancing system resilience through optimized spatial configuration of energy facilities and dynamic scheduling mechanisms.By integrating BIM-based 3D information modeling and multi-source data fusion technologies,a holistic system architecture is developed, encompassing energy production, storage regulation, intelligent decision-making,and demand response.Empirical results demonstrate that the proposed system significantly improves comprehensive energy utilization efficiency, optimizes user energy consumption experiences, and reduces operational costs. The methodology provides technical support for innovative energy management paradigms in smart cities.
