Abstract:In order to achieve sustainable development and ensure the rational allocation of land resources, this study takes Zhongshan City in Guangdong Province as an example to explore the land spatial planning method based on ensemble learning and multi-objective land allocation model. The experimental results show that the high-resolution ecological space in Zhongshan City is mainly concentrated in the central and southern regions, while the high-resolution agricultural space is mainly concentrated in the eastern coastal, northeastern, and western regions, which is consistent with the actual situation in Zhongshan City. The spatial conflicts in the land planning layout of Zhongshan City are mainly agricultural ecological spatial conflicts and agricultural urban spatial conflicts, with the conflict areas between agricultural and urban spaces mainly concentrated in the north.Taking agricultural space as an example,Tanzhou Town,Minzhong Town, and Nanlang Town have the top three agricultural space areas in Zhongshan City, with all three having an agricultural space area of no less than 900 000 square kilometers. The above results indicate that the proposed national spatial planning method based on ensemble learning and multi-objective land allocation model can accurately reflect the spatial layout of the country,in order to formulate reasonable spatial optimization plans.
