Evaluation and improvement strategy of job-housing separation in Hefei High-tech Zone based on multiple data fusion

Abstract：With the rapid development of development zones,the issue of separation of work and residence has become increasingly prominent.This study adopts the method of multivariate data fusion analysis to deeply analyze the current situation and influencing factors of the separation of work and residence in development zones,and propose corresponding optimization strategies.By quantitatively evaluating the relationship between work and residence in Hefei High tech Zone,planning strategies to improve the separation of work and residence are proposed from the aspects of optimizing the structure and proportion of production and residence functions,transportation system structure,housing purchase policies,and residential land supply,providing scientific basis for urban planning and management.
