Design and implementation of disaster emergency geographic information platform in Gansu Province

Abstract：According to the needs of the emergency disaster industry,this paper collates and integrates the disaster data of the province and the special data of related industries,adopts the design idea of Service Oriented Architecture(SOA),combines the reasonable personalized customization function design,and constructs a disaster emergency geographic information platform based on"Tiantu Gansu".The platform provides the industry with a means to quickly collect and update emergency disaster information,provides decision-making assistance and technical support for relevant departments,and also provides a reference for further improving the level of scientific and technological innovation and enhancing the emergency guarantee ability of surveying and mapping geographic information for public safety.
