Abstract：The article elaborates on the key construction techniques and project management optimisation measures for the high-quality renovation of a certain office building,with a focus on the application and effects of BIM technology in the project.The project faces numerous challenges,such as multiple pipeline elevation conversions,ceiling heights constrained by the existing building structure,a lack of three-dimensional information in two-dimensional drawings,and ceiling design limitations due to pipeline layout.In response to these issues,professionals from various disciplines leveraged the visualisation advantages of the BIM technology model to collaboratively discuss and implement a series of solutions.These specifically include streamlining pipelines,optimising beam heights,establishing vertical shafts,and integrating ceiling design with pipeline layout.These measures not only effectively ensured the net height of the main spaces but also created favourable conditions for the interior decoration of the office building,providing data support for the layered design of the ceiling.
