Application of grouting technology integrated with intelligent pressure control in highway slope construction

Abstract：It is difficult to accurately control the grouting pressure in real time with traditional grouting technology,which can easily lead to grouting leakage,waste of materials or poor grouting effect.In order to overcome this shortcoming,this paper proposes a grouting technology that integrates intelligent pressure control.Based on the basic process of grouting technology and the effect of raw material properties on the quality of grouting,the technology monitors the grout pressure through piezoelectric sensors,and uses fuzzy proportional integral differential(PID)to control the grouting pressure to ensure that the grout that meets the requirements of technical indicators is injected into the building infrastructure,thus accelerating the grout solidification and obtaining the expected structural strength.
