Research on UAV route optimisation algorithm

Abstract：In UAV aerial photogrammetry,route design affects the acquisition time and results in the field.In order to better design the route,this paper proposes an automatic route optimization algorithm for any multilateral survey area based on iterative angle,and calculates the actual flight width and the highest point of the survey area of each route based on the Digital Elevation Model(DEM)data.The results show that the proposed design method can effectively save flight time and improve light safety of aircraft.
