Optimization design of traffic organization at X-shaped intersections

Abstract：In order to ensure the traffic order and traffic safety of X-shaped intersection,the traffic organization optimization design is carried out.Taking the intersection of S308-Longwan Road/Gaogu Road in Yantai City as an example,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the X-shaped intersection,and puts forward the traffic organization optimization method and safety guarantee measures for the X-shaped intersection.The results show that the combined methods of engineering transformation,intersection channelization and information control optimization can effectively improve the traffic capacity of X-shaped intersection and reduce the incidence of traffic accidents.
