Study on urban road cross-section and setback width

Abstract：With the development of cities,urban road planning and design concepts constantly evolve,and the rights of pedestrians and slow-moving traffic are increasingly emphasized by the relevant authorities.This paper introduces the relevant regulations on the setback width and cross-section layout of roads.Taking the common main roads,secondary roads,and branch roads in Jingzhou as examples,it analyzes the shortcomings and proposes targeted schemes for reasonable setback width and cross-section layout.
