Construction technology of clearing underground obstacles in deep foundation pit project of narrow site

Abstract：There are a lot of obstacles at the project site of Fuzhou Jianfa Huicheng New Age Building,which hinder the construction process of the water-stop curtain and pile foundation.Two methods of removing obstacles are proposed:The shallow layer obstacles are cleared by an excavator,and the old anchor obstacles in needle-deep soil layer are constructed using a combined construction method of rotary excavator leading holes and CSM double-wheel milling.The principle is to use the shear force produced by the drill bit of rotary excavator to destroy obstacles during the process of leading holes,so as to achieve the goal of clearing obstacles.It has the advantages of small site demand,good economic benefits,high construction efficiency and minimal disturbance to the surrounding soil.
