Analysis of influencing factors of deflection of honeycomb hollow sandwich floor

Abstract：Honeycomb sandwich slab floor is more and more used in practical engineering.Excessive deformation of the floor will affect the safety of the project.This paper analyzes the factors affecting the deflection of the floor by changing various parameters.The results show that increasing the thickness of thin plate,the height of open-web sandwich plate,the height and width of upper and lower ribs are all beneficial to improve the vertical stiffness of the structure,and the thin plate on open-web sandwich plate takes 1/25～1/15 of the grid side length.The grid size has great influence on the vertical stiffness of the floor.When the floor span is close,the larger the grid size,the higher the deflection-span ratio.It is recommended that the grid size of honeycomb open-web sandwich slab floor should not be more than 2 500 mm.
