Abstract:To address the layout problem of a 26-color,544-LED packaged light source module for a color matching cabinet, this paper proposes a dispersed layout method based on a genetic algorithm, aiming to eliminate color ghosting in the color matching cabinet while improving correlated color temperature uniformity and illuminance uniformity.Using this method,a dispersed layout of the LED packaged devices was obtained.Compared with the linear layout, the dispersed layout exhibits no color ghosting. When the rectangular baffle opening width is 70 mm and the height is 260 mm,the mean chroma decreases from 14 to 6.9,the mean hue angle decreases from 111° to 64°,and the fluctuation range is smaller. The illuminance uniformity of all 22 colors is higher than that of the linear layout, with the mean value increasing from 89.0%to 92.8%.When synthesizing the D50 spectrum, the standard deviation of correlated color temperature decreases from 34 K to 10 K,and the illuminance uniformity reaches 92.8%.
