Construction and Application of Obtrusive Light Prevention and Control System for Nightscape Lighting

Abstract：This study addresses the current situation of obtrusive light control in nightscape lighting and proposes a prevention and control system that emphasizes"source prevention"and supplements it with"comprehensive management".By introducing professional third-party inspection agencies and implementing the"three simultaneities"system,measures are taken during the design,construction,and operational stages.Verified through practical cases,the system effectively controls obtrusive light in nightscape lighting,achieving source prevention and long-term management,and provides a reference for obtrusive light control in nightscape lighting projects.
