Abstract：The research on LED drive controllers featuring constant current drive for wide-range dimming to extend LED lifespan and high conversion efficiency is highly significant.This paper presents a high-efficiency LED drive controller based on the multifunctional average current type H 5118 chip,with STM32F107RCT6 as the core controller and in a dual-redundant CAN bus network form.Experimental results show that the output current is insensitive to input and output voltages,stable,with small ripple current,a conversion efficiency up to 98%,and a dimming depth reaching 0.1%.The dual-redundant CAN bus network enhances the controller's reliability.
