Abstract：Based on the field research conducted in 2024 by the Stage,Film and Television Lighting Professional Committee of the China Illuminating Engineering Society at the Beijing Dance Academy,as well as lighting equipment,stage machinery,and engineering integration enterprises,this report analyzes the demand for high-end talent in stage visuals under the new circumstances.It explores how higher education and talent training can promote the development of stage and film lighting work.The report focuses on recent representative stage and film lighting engineering application cases,identifying trends and highlights from the perspectives of engineering design,technological innovation,and operational strategies,with the goal of jointly advancing technological progress and industry development,contributing to the continuous prosperity and growth of the cultural and tourism market.
