Abstract:Laser lighting products obtain high brightness white light from yellow fluorescent materials excited by blue laser, which has the advantages of high energy density and high central light intensity. It is found that the strong and weak effects of the yellow fluorescent material on the refraction and scattering of the laser will have a significant impact on the light intensity at the center of the spot when the fluorescent ceramics are applied to laser lighting products. This paper takes Y3Al5O12∶Ce3+(YAG∶Ce)fluorescent ceramics as the research object, starch as the pore forming agent, uses the gas decomposed from starch under high temperature to form pores in the fluorescent ceramics, realizes the regulation of the number and size of pores in the fluorescent ceramics by controlling the proportion of starch added in the raw materials,At the same time, the effects of the change of starch addition ratio on the spot diameter, luminous intensity and central light intensity in the transmission and reflection light paths were compared. The results showed that when the starch addition ratio increased, the number and size of pores in the fluorescent ceramics increased, the transmission mode light performance decreased, and the reflection mode light performance improved.
