Evaluation and Test Method of Flicker Effect of LED Lighting

Abstract：Domestic and foreign experts are performing research obout the evaluation of flicker effect of LED lighting. A number of evaluation standards were published, but these standards emphasizes differently. This article introduces newly definitions of the concept of flicker effect involved in the current literatures which are approved by the IEC, IESNA and IEEE, and give the evaluation indexs and test methods of flicker effect based on the relevant standards.
