Analysis of the Light and Shadow in the Modern Architecture's Expression

Abstract：The light and shadow gives the modem construction more comprehensive expression,and the various expression of light and shadow makes the modern construction's space more attractive.We introduced the light and shadow form the aspects of structure,modeling,level and artistic conception.And with the actual examples including the Church of Light,Chapelle de Ronchamp,the Cathedral of Avery,and Kresye chapel,we analyzed the four expression ways of the light and shadow.
