Analysis of LED Road Lamp Energy-saving Project in the Zunyi Central City

Abstract：Combining with street light project application in Zunyi central city,the key points of project implementation are proposed to guide next step construction by comparing the numerical simulation and field illumination testing,as well as the rate of energy-saving field testing.In the end,the implementation,management and maintenance under energy management contracting (EMC) are discussed from project management perspective.
