Research on Circuit Topology of Alternative Current Light Emitting Diode

Abstract：In this article,the papers and the patents in the domestic and international research status of AC-LED were summarized.The circuit structure,principle,volt-ampere characteristics,and on-off time parameter characteristics of the AC-LED circuit topology were presented,including Anti-parallel,Wheatstone Bridge,Ladder,Screw.The advantages and disadvantages of the AC-LED circuit topologies were also analyzed.
